I had a horrible experience numerous times at this car wash. I’ve been a customer for years and have brought so much business to them. Each time I come they raise their prices and do a careless job. I specifically came to get my tires cleaned after a road trip and they didn’t clean them at all. The mud was still there and they refuse to do their job. I kindly came up to the manager Aristeo, he was being so disgusting and rude. I don’t know how he calls himself a manager!!!!! Then I went up to the worker Christian he handled it way better and should be promoted. I was frustrated and disappointed. $40 for pathetic service and barely english. Don’t recommend. (especially the nasty manager)

Never go there. They don't care about your car. My brand-new car came back with scratches, and after the wash I noticed they didn't even clean the tires properly. As you can see in the pictures, the service was terrible. I will never go back. Please avoid this place—they ruined my car.

Horrible cleaning job. I had “the best” carwash done for my car. The interior is pretty dirty when I check it when I got home. They didn't polish the dash board, the seats, steering wheel, the mats (dirty) and the door still not clean at all. I called but cashier very unprofessional. BEWARE!

If I'm paying for a service, I expect to get what I paid for, the roof top of my CRV was still DIRTY as you can see also the glass on the inside of the vehicle, I'm not one to do negative reviews but this felt like a total waste of my money. They won't be getting my busy again. BTW I paid for the * The Best* wash and this was by far the worst wash I have seen in my 9 years of washing car 😕

On December 18, 2025, around 12:00 PM, I took my Lexus RX 350 to this car wash. During the wash, their employee caused serious damage to my vehicle while driving it. The entire front bumper was badly damaged, and there were multiple deep scratches on other parts of the car. This was not minor damage — the vehicle required significant repairs and was not drivable in proper condition. I immediately spoke with the manager, Aristeo, but he refused to take responsibility. He stated that the business would only offer $200 in compensation, which is completely unreasonable given the extent of the damage. He then told me, “If you want the $200, come get it. If not, don’t call me again.” This behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I requested the full name of the employee who was operating my vehicle at the time of the incident, but Manager Aristeo refused to provide it, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This car wash usually charges $15, but on that day the employee demanded $20, and the final charge with tax was even higher. After damaging my vehicle, they showed no responsibility, no professionalism, and no respect for customers
